2. Handle modifications, cancellations & queries Ensure timely confirmations & seamless customer support

Skills Required:
✔ Good communication skills (written & verbal)
✔ Attention to detail & problem-solving attitude
✔ Basic knowledge of hotel/flight booking systems
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & email handling
