The Website functions solely as an intermediary platform designed to facilitate connections between registered B2B travel agents, partners, and service providers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, and other travel-related vendors (“Service Providers”). The Website’s role is limited to providing access to the best available deals and enabling smooth interaction between such parties.
The Website does not own, operate, control, or provide any of the travel or accommodation services listed on the platform. All bookings, confirmations, and transactions are directly between the travel agents/partners and the respective Service Providers
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings (flights, hotels, or packages) are subject to availability and confirmation from the supplier.
Payments must be made within the credit period agreed. Delayed payments may lead to cancellation of bookings without notice.
Any advance paid is non-interest bearing and should be utilized within the validity period.
All cancellations, amendments, and refunds are strictly subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective hotels, airlines, and other service providers (“Suppliers”). The Website, acting only as an intermediary platform, has no authority or control over such policies and does not determine or influence refund timelines, amounts, or eligibility.
Accordingly, customers and partners are bound by the cancellation and refund rules of the concerned Supplier with whom the booking has been made. The Website shall not be liable or responsible for any denial, delay, partial refund, or non-refund arising out of the Supplier’s policies.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy/Immigration authorities. Juss Go is not liable for rejection or delays.
Any overstay, penalty, or legal issue during travel will be the sole responsibility of the passenger/agent.
Intermediary Role – The Website (Jussgo) acts solely as an intermediary platform to connect B2B travel agents, partners, and service providers such as hotels, airlines, and other vendors. All bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and related services are provided directly by the respective service providers, and Jussgo does not own, control, or manage such services.
No Liability – Jussgo shall not be liable for any act, omission, representation, warranty, breach, deficiency, delay, overbooking, denial of service, injury, accident, loss, claim, damage, or any other direct/indirect expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided by hotels, airlines, or other suppliers.
Disclaimer of Warranties – All information, pricing, and availability displayed on the Website are provided by the service providers. Jussgo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure – Jussgo shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government actions, strikes, technical failures, pandemics, or other unforeseen events
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Website, including but not limited to its design, layout, content, text, graphics, images, software, database, and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand elements of Jussgo (collectively, “Intellectual Property”), are the sole and exclusive property of Jussgo.
No part of the Intellectual Property may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise used in any manner without the prior written consent of Jussgo. Unauthorized use of Jussgo’s logo, brand name, or any other Intellectual Property shall constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property and trademark laws.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mohali Punjab, India.
