Tele Caller

Role: Tele Caller – B2B Travel (Holiday Concepts / JussGo)
Location: Mohali | Experience: 0–3 yrs (Travel/Tele-sales preferred)

What you’ll do

  1. Call & qualify B2B leads (agents/corporates);
  2. update CRM on every call. Share rate deals,
  3. collect requirements, set demos for Sales.
  4. Daily follow-ups on quotes, vouchers, and payments; close quick wins.
  5. Coordinate with Ops for confirmations; maintain TAT & call quality. Report: calls/day, talk-time, demos set, conversions, collections.

What you’ll need

  1. Clear, confident phone communication (English/Hindi; Punjabi preferred).
  2. Basic Excel/Google Sheets + WhatsApp/Email etiquette.
  3. Target focus, persistence, and clean documentation.
  4. Bonus: travel trade knowledge (hotels/DMCs/rates).
