At Juss Go (a brand of Holiday Concepts), we aim to provide smooth and transparent services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to all bookings made through jussgo.in.
1. General Policy

All cancellations, amendments, and refunds are strictly subject to the supplier’s (airline/hotel) policies.

Jussgo acts only as an intermediary and cannot override supplier rules.

Service/processing charges may apply in addition to supplier charges.
2. Flights

Refund eligibility depends on airline fare rules. Certain fares are non-refundable.

For refundable fares, cancellation charges as per airline policy will apply.

Refunds will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the airline.

Name changes, date changes, or rescheduling are subject to airline rules and charges.
3. Hotels

Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation/amendment policy of the specific hotel.

No-show or early checkout is fully chargeable unless specified otherwise by the hotel.

Peak season / special event bookings may be non-cancellable & non-refundable.

In case of overbooking or service issues, Jussgo will assist in finding an alternate option but is not liable for compensation beyond the booking amount.
4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via the agent dashboard or email within 30 days of cancellation.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment/credit wallet only.

Refund timelines:

Flights: 7–15 working days (subject to airline)

Hotels: 10–20 working days (subject to hotel)

Convenience/service fees are non-refundable.
5. No Liability

Jussgo shall not be held responsible for:

Delays in refunds caused by airlines, hotels, or banks.

Refusal of refund by suppliers for non-compliance with their terms.

Force Majeure situations (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
