Welcome to Juss Go (a brand of Holiday Concepts). By accessing and using our website jussgo.in (“Site”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Use of the Site

  • The Site is for B2B travel agents and partners only.

  • You may not copy, sell, or misuse any content, data, or services offered on the Site.

  • Access to certain services requires registration. You must provide accurate business details when registering.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings (flights, hotels, or packages) are subject to availability and confirmation from the supplier.

  • Payments must be made within the credit period agreed. Delayed payments may lead to cancellation of bookings without notice.

  • Any advance paid is non-interest bearing and should be utilized within the validity period.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation/Refunds will follow airline, hotel, or supplier policies.

  • Service charges may apply for cancellations or amendments.

  • No refund will be processed after the defined claim period (generally 90 days from travel/check-in date).

4. Visa & Compliance

  • Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy/Immigration authorities. Juss Go is not liable for rejection or delays.

  • Any overstay, penalty, or legal issue during travel will be the sole responsibility of the passenger/agent.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Juss Go acts only as an intermediary between agents and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for service deficiencies, delays, photos accuracy, or supplier errors.

  • Our liability, if any, shall not exceed INR 1000 per booking.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, text, graphics, and content on the Site belong to Juss Go (Holiday Concepts).

  • Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
